Where You'll Spend Time
  • Assisting customers in person, by phone, and through digital channels
  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other financial transactions
  • Supporting account maintenance and servicing requests
  • Assisting with branch operations, balancing activities, and documentation processing
  • Helping customers enroll in and utilize online banking services
  • Identifying customer needs and connecting them with appropriate banking products and services
  • Partnering with branch teammates to create an outstanding customer experience

What You'll Do (Highlights)
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through every interaction
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cash drawers and assist with balancing activities
  • Support branch operations, including vault, ATM, and documentation responsibilities as needed
  • Perform account maintenance and customer service functions
  • Assist customers with digital banking products and services
  • Educate customers about bank products and identify referral opportunities
  • Support branch audits, compliance requirements, and operational controls
  • Assist with training and supporting newer team members
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and successful branch operations
Qualifications Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of banking experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Relevant computer skills and technology proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
  • JHA Silver Lake experience
  • Previous branch operations and cash-handling experience
  • Experience identifying customer needs and making referrals
