Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Support end-to-end construction loan lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, approval, servicing, and payoff.
- Analyze loan draw processes, inspections, disbursements, covenant tracking, and project monitoring requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and business rules.
- Support UAT, defect management, and production implementation activities.
- Collaborate with lenders, credit teams, risk management, operations, and technology teams.
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- 5+ years of Commercial Lending domain experience.
- Strong knowledge of: o Construction Loans o Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending o Loan Origination Systems (LOS) o Loan Servicing o Draw Management & Disbursements o Credit Analysis & Underwriting o Covenant Monitoring o Risk & Regulatory Compliance
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with lending platforms such as AFS, ACBS, nCino, Loan IQ, Precision Lender, or similar.
- Experience in large-scale lending modernization or cloud transformation programs.
- CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification preferred
