Controller - Multi​/Multi Account

Sodexo seeks a Multi-Unit District Controller to oversee finances for 7 university accounts across North Carolina and Tennessee. This role manages accounting operations, provides financial oversight, and helps drive strong business performance.

Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, period close, reporting, and financial guidance. Serves as the main finance contact for unit and district leaders. Remote role based near Raleigh, NC, with limited travel to accounts.

Pay Range: $74290 - $96140

• Lead end-to-end financial operations across a large or multi-site portfolio.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and period close processes that support strategic decisions.
• Analyze financial performance and deliver insights that drive profitability and efficiency.
• Create and present client-specific financial reports aligned with Project Clear requirements.
• Partner with senior leaders as a trusted financial advisor supporting growth initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, controls, and automation to enhance financial performance.
• Support financial systems, cashless technology, and POS tools while guiding adoption and usage.

• Experience managing financial operations for complex, multi-unit or national accounts.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Background leading closing cycles, consolidations, and compliance-focused reporting.
• Leadership experience mentoring teams and supporting financial capability development.
• Communication and executive presence suited for client-facing and senior leadership interactions.
