Salary Range: $ To $ Annually

What if your expertise in finance could do more than manage numbers—it could help move capital, strengthen businesses, and create lasting economic opportunity across rural communities?

The Senior Director of Finance, Capital Programs is a strategic financial leader who will help shape how the Center manages, measures, and deploys capital for maximum financial and mission impact. This role brings together sophisticated financial modeling, portfolio management, data analytics, risk management, regulatory reporting, and mission impact measurement to inform critical business decisions and strengthen the Center’s capital programs.

As a member of a collaborative leadership team, the Senior Director will partner across Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Small Business Capital, Compliance, and other key functions to modernize financial systems, turn complex data into actionable insights, strengthen controls, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and expand impact. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with financial models and strategic questions—and understands that behind every data point, portfolio, and investment is an opportunity to help communities and businesses thrive.

If you are a forward-thinking finance professional who enjoys solving complex problems, connecting data to strategy, and using capital as a tool for meaningful impact, this is an opportunity to help shape what’s next.
