Access confidential support and helpful resources for you and your familyJOB SUMMARY The Real Estate Management Specialist I is the entry-level professional position within the Real Estate Management Division (REMD). This role performs foundational land management, inspection, appraisal support, and conservation duties under close supervision and structured training. The Specialist assists with inspecting and evaluating trust lands, monitoring lease compliance, supporting appraisal activities, and participating in conservation and environmental stewardship initiatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Finance, Natural Resources, or a closely related field.

Two (2) years of experience in land management, agriculture, soil conservation, farm or ranch operations, agricultural lending, appraisal support, or a related field.

Or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSInternship or practical experience in agricultural land management, conservation, or appraisal support.

Familiarity with Oklahoma agricultural practices, soil types, or grazing management.

Exposure to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or mapping tools.

Progress toward appraisal trainee licensure or interest in obtaining licensure.
