THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a MILITARY & FAMILY READINESS SPECIALIST (TITLE
5), Position Description Number T57014 P1 and is part of the NC G1, National Guard (
JFHQ - G1 - Soldier and Family Support / Manning Doc 119C/002
).
Experience, education, or training which provided a general knowledge of principles of organization, management, and administration. Experience using computer and automation systems.
SPECIALIZEDEXPERIENCE:
Must have at least one (12 months) year experience at the next lower level in the normal line of progression through federal service (GS-07) or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates the experience and knowledge of managing, coordinating and planning family, quality-of-life or human services programs. Experience providing advice and assistance on community resources and social service agencies/programs.
Experience analyzing, evaluating and making recommendations for improvement of family, quality-of-life or human services programs. Experience developing newsletters, literature and training materials to support a program.
