• Educate guests on products, services, and at-home care recommendations

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
• Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and helping others feel their best
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Sales confidence and willingness to recommend products and services that benefit guests
• Weekend and evening availability is a MUST
