• Lead the Nutrition Care Process from assessment through intervention and monitoring
• Provide individualized nutrition assessments, consultations, and care plans
• Deliver nutrition care for patients with complex health needs in rehabilitation settings
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, PAs
• Educate patients, families, and staff using evidence-based nutrition practices
