Overview
Responsible for assigning tasks and monitors performance of all Cardiovascular Invasive and Non-invasive systems. Supports software applications to maximize staff performance and management decision making. Defines application scope and performance objectives that reflect an understanding of applicable business systems and clinical requirements. Functions as timely first level response for the development, modification, and maintenance of applications. Identifies opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors and improve safety.
Assists with related system educational initiatives, employee orientation, evaluation and training. Functions as a data liaison between other departments and Invasive and Non-invasive Cardiology Imaging Services. Testing, planning, and supporting vendor supplied updates and releases. Maintains system documentation. Supports data needs by writing and developing reports. This position will be responsible for systemwide support of the invasive cardiology and non-invasive cardiology imaging systems as well as other applications within our service line.
