Salary: $34 - $48 per hour.

• Provide high‑acuity cardiovascular stepdown care for structural heart, cardiac, and vascular surgical patients.
• Manage patients requiring titration of inotropes, vasopressors, and advanced non‑invasive oxygen delivery.
• Utilize bedside monitors equipped for advanced hemodynamic monitoring and electronic charting at point of care.
• Collaborate closely with APPs, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, and cardiovascular ICU partners.
• Detect subtle clinical changes, elevate appropriately, and participate in rapid clinical decision‑making.
• Participate in unit goals, quality initiatives, and personal professional growth planning.
• Work onsite in a state‑of‑the‑art stepdown unit designed to mirror ICU workflow and support efficient care delivery.

Part‑time 24 hours/week, Days or Nights available (based on unit needs). Onsite in Raleigh.

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• BLS certification.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (stepdown, intermediate care, cardiac, ICU, or telemetry preferred).
• Ability to recognize and respond to complex patient conditions.
• Strong clinical communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced cardiac and surgical environments.
