Our goal is to be the most desired agency for caregivers to work with. Our mission is to prioritize our caregivers, provide the most rewarding, positive work environment possible so that our caregivers are best positioned to prioritize the care of our clients. We have great incentives set up to retain the best caregivers. The backbone of our incentive structure is sharing ownership of our agency with our caregivers via profit sharing, with plans to distribute up to 50% of the agency profits to our employees as the business grows.

We have an immediate need for a client receiving 24/7 care in the 27612 zip code for all shifts (9am-9pm, 9pm-9am).

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning

• CNA, HHA or PCA credentials
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience working with clients/patients with dementia
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
• Must be OK with a dog in the house
