Patient Services Representative - Full-Time Position - Raleigh Location

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly personable Patient Services Representative to join our team at our Edwards Mill Urgent Care. This role is vital to ensuring a seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk through our doors.

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Accurately collect and input patient information into the electronic health record system
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
• Handle incoming calls and front desk correspondence
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to provide outstanding service

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks
• Ability to build and maintain positive, effective working relationships with co-workers, providers, and patients
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting is required

• Three 13-hour shifts:
  Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
