Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a pediatric client in Raleigh, NC.
This role is ideal for an RBT who is passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate ABA services while working closely with both the child and family. We offer consistent scheduling and the opportunity to build a full-time caseload.
SchedulePrimary schedule: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Raleigh)
Additional hours available: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Durham clinic)
Expanded hours are available for candidates seeking full-time schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Support communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect and record behavioral data
- Follow behavior and safety support plans
- Collaborate with supervising BCBA and clinical team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Opportunity to build a full-time schedule
- Strong BCBA supervision and clinical support
- Supportive, team-centered environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate
- Ability to work with pediatric clients
- Ability to pass required background checks
Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time.
