** Patient Service Representative (PSR)
** to be the welcoming face of our office and help keep things running smoothly.

---### What You’ll Be Doing As a PSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and an important part of their healthcare journey. On an average day, you’ll:
* Welcome patients & visitors with a smile and help guide them where they need to go.
* Verify patient information, forms, and insurance details (you’re the keeper of accuracy!).
* Collect payments and assist with registration documents like HIPAA forms.
* Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and direct messages with professionalism.
* Support check-in/check-out, data entry, and medical records.
* Cross-train and collaborate with teammates to keep the office flowing.
* Help patients leave feeling cared for and confident about their visit.

---### What We’re Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Basic computer skills (EHR experience a big plus!).
* 1+ year of medical office experience.
* A team player with great communication skills and a positive, patient-first mindset.
