Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our West Raleigh location and Interventional Radiology department. This leadership role requires a combination of administrative, clinical, and technical expertise to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the West Raleigh location and Interventional Radiology department.
- Lead, train, and mentor technologists and nurses, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and acquisition of imaging equipment.
- Collaborate with interventional radiologists and healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- 3-5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) registration in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- Hands-on radiology experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of interventional radiology procedures, imaging systems, and PACS preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
