Supervisor, Rehabilitation Admissions

Overview

The Supervisor, Rehab Admissions oversees the provision of direct patient care and case management services within the department. Participates in all recruiting, orientation, scheduling, evaluation, performance improvement and competency assessment of employees. Assists in the maintenance of professional practice standards. Provides consultation, support and clinical guidance to all members of the department. Coordinates the development of department education plans and strategic planning and referral development initiatives.

Registered Nurse, OT, PT, SLP or MSW Required. Certified Case Manager Preferred.

Bachelor's Degree Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology or Social Work Required. Master's Degree Preferred.

3 Years Clinical - Rehabilitation Required. Referral Development or Public Relations, Marketing or Communications Required. 1 Year Leadership Preferred.
