This Board-Certified Behavior Analyst role is based in the Raleigh, North Carolina area and offers a flexible, hybrid work environment supporting center-based and in-home clients while providing guided autonomy to directly influence how services evolve.

As an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
, you will play a critical role in changing the lives of children and families on the autism journey while contributing to a broader vision of medically integrated, family-centered care.

• Oversee and deliver ABA, psychology, and wrap-around therapies to center-based and in-home clients.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing clients and families at the center of the team to deliver meaningful, evidence-based outcomes.
• Shape organizational practices and influence how services evolve, ensuring continuous quality improvement and client satisfaction.

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with roughly one year of experience or more.
• Passion for advancing clinical excellence and team development.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and long-term impact orientation.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with potential occasional Saturday hours.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000.
• Sign-on/retention bonus up to $10,000.
