Family First Choice Inc.,PC is a private practice committed to providing direct care services, including individuals of all ages, couples, and family therapy. With a holistic approach, the organization focuses on serving families as a whole, rather than just the individual. In addition to therapy services, Family First Choice Inc., PC connects families to community resources to address their immediate needs.

The organization offers behavioral health services and currently operates in North Carolina and Georgia.

Role Description

This is a full or part time, virtual role for a Mental Health Therapist, serving the NC and Georgia catchment area. The Mental Health Therapist will engage in providing individual, couples, and family therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor client progress with a holistic approach. The role includes conducting mental health assessments, and working collaboratively with clients to address their specific needs.

The therapist will effectively utilize HIPPA compliant EMR system to document all client information. The therapist will also serve as a resource to link clients to appropriate community services as part of a holistic care approach.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Treatment Planning, including developing and implementing comprehensive care plans and evidenced based service delivery.
  • Background in Social Work and Case Management, with experience in providing resources and connecting clients to community services.
  • Expertise in Mental Health and Family Therapy, with the ability to address individual and family needs effectively.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Licensure in the state of North Carolina (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC)
  • Experience providing culturally-competent care and working with diverse populations
