Optician

Are you an experienced optician who loves combining technical expertise with great patient care? Family Eyecare Center, a respected and modern optometry practice in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Licensed Optician for our optical department and help deliver exceptional experiences for our patients. As an Optician, you’ll help manage daily optical operations — from frame styling and lens consultation to team leadership, vendor coordination, and quality control.

You’ll work closely with our doctors and staff to ensure every patient leaves with eyewear that looks and feels amazing.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist patients with frame selection, lens technology, and fittings - Oversee ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships - Maintain quality standards and meet optical performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of optical experience, including leadership or supervisory experience - NC Dispensing Optician License preferred (or eligibility) - Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care - Attention to detail and a love for eyewear styling We
