Description
Concord Hospitality is seeking an experienced and driven Food & Beverage General Manager to lead a successful team and ensure exceptional F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and hands‑on leadership for all food and beverage operations.
- Drive exceptional guest experiences through thoughtful service standards, team engagement, and consistent execution across all departments.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing management team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality excellence.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, labor management, and revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development, beverage programming, and seasonal offerings that reflect modern Southern influences.
- Partner with hotel leadership, sales, and marketing teams to support group, banquet, and event business, ensuring seamless planning and execution.
- Establish and maintain operating procedures, service standards, and quality controls across all outlets.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a visible leader within the operation, engaging with guests, supporting peak service periods, and representing the brand with confidence and warmth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive food & beverage leadership experience
, preferably within upscale hotels, lifestyle properties, or multi‑concept restaurant environments. - Proven experience overseeing multiple outlets
, including full‑service restaurants, bars, cafés, and banquet/event operations. - Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success managing budgets, P&Ls, labor strategy, and cost controls.
- Track record of building, leading, and retaining high‑performing teams in fast‑paced hospitality environments.
- Passion for food, beverage, and service innovation, with a strong understanding of current dining and cocktail trends.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on operational leadership.
- Experience with rooftop venues, high‑volume operations, or destination dining concepts preferred.

Salary Range: $96,801 - $
