Join our Global Talent Team as a Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Innovation & Operations, where you will drive operational efficiency by modernizing our tools, processes, and technology ecosystem. This role leads initiatives that enhance recruiter productivity, improve the candidate journey, and enable global consistency through scalable, AI-supported recruiting solutions.

You will partner closely with regional Talent Acquisition teams, HR Technology, HR Leadership, IT, and Compliance teams as well as third-party vendors to deliver innovative systems, measurable process improvements, and a world‑class experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Role expectations Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team of Talent Acquisition Innovation & Operations Specialists supporting global Talent Acquisition.
  • Establish clear team goals, performance measures, and accountability standards while fostering agility, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to TA leaders globally to align operational priorities with business needs.
Technology, AI Innovation & Process Optimization
  • Act as a champion for global TA technologies, driving adoption, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Review, evaluate, and implement modern AI‑driven recruiting technologies (e.g., automation, screening AI, candidate engagement tools, analytics platforms) to harmonize processes and enhance recruiter efficiency.
  • Simplify and optimize the TA technology stack while maintaining quality, compliance, and user experience.
  • Continually work to eliminate manual processes through automation and self‑service for both the TA Partner and TA Coordinator roles.
  • Conduct discovery of best‑in‑class practices, digital tools, and AI capabilities to strengthen the end‑to‑end candidate and recruiter experience.
  • Serve as the business owner for our 2 Applicant Tracking Systems (Pinpoint and Moka), and partnering with HR Operations on system design and information workflows from ATS to HRIS.
Data, Insights & Experience Management
  • Leverage data and user insights to identify process gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities across the TA lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement robust metrics and dashboards to measure system performance, adoption, and business impact.
  • Elevate the candidate experience by aligning technology solutions with a clear vision for a seamless, globally consistent but locally relevant hiring journey.
Program & Vendor Management
  • Oversee relationships with TA technology vendors, including roadmap reviews, release evaluations, service performance, and ROI analysis.
  • Lead project management for new technology implementations, enhancements, and global rollouts.
  • Create communication plans, training materials, and job aids to support the adoption of new or updated tools and processes.
  • Ensure TA processes and systems meet audit, compliance, and data privacy expectations.
What we're looking for
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, TA Operations, or related functions.
  • 2+ years of team leadership or business partnership experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with modern recruitment technologies and/or AI‑enabled hiring platforms.
  • Proven ability to drive process optimization, operational excellence, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and measurable outcomes to ambiguous challenges.
  • Demonstrated success building partnerships across global, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, background check platforms, and other core TA systems.
  • Builder mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a global, high‑growth environment.
  • International travel up to 10%
