Position: Payroll Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $90,000–$100,000/year

Experience: At least 5 years of payroll management experience in a multi-state, high-volume environment, including people leadership.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m

Greene Resources is seeking a Payroll Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Lead and oversee weekly payroll processing and final pay cycles.
• Manage payroll changes related to contracts, prevailing wages, and eligibility updates.
• Execute payroll corrections, off-cycle payments, and year-end processing.
• Oversee payroll onboarding, offboarding, and final pay administration.
• Ensure payroll compliance across multi-state jurisdictions and contracts.
• Execute payroll reporting, audits, and variance analysis.
• Supervise payroll staff and manage daily team operations.

• Strong knowledge of payroll tax, wage and hour, and compliance regulations.
• Experience managing payroll systems, reporting, and data audits.
• Ability to handle complex payroll scenarios, including commissions and bonuses.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
