Join Align Technology as Senior Talent Listening Program Manager and lead the strategy, design, and continuous evolution of our global talent listening ecosystem. In this role, you serve as the product owner and senior point of escalation for enterprise-wide listening programs, translating employee voice into actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and shape the employee experience.
You are passionate about delivering frictionless, listening experiences that elevate how employees are heard and understood across the organization. You will partner closely with HR, People Analytics, and business leaders to ensure listening programs are thoughtfully designed, ethically governed, and operationally sound—while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity, privacy, and security.
Leveraging your expertise, you will champion innovation across survey design, sentiment analysis, and insight activation—bringing creative, scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency, improve effectiveness, and enable new ways of working through automation and advanced analytics. Your work will ensure that employee feedback is not only collected, but meaningfully embedded into decision-making and continuous improvement across Align.

Role expectations- Product Ownership & Listening
Roadmap:
Serve as the Perceptyx product owner, accountable for the end to end strategy, roadmap, and planning for global employee listening capabilities. Drive continuous optimization, governance, and value realization across lifecycle surveys, pulse listening, and emerging listening modalities. Partner with Perceptyx to conduct periodic health and value assessments to ensure we are maximizing adoption, insights, and return on investment. - Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong, trusted partnerships with HR, People Analytics, and business leaders. Oversee demand intake, listening strategy design, requirements definition, and end to end delivery—ensuring stakeholders remain informed, aligned, and equipped to act on insights.
- Operations & Support: Oversee customer centric support models for Talent Listening, ensuring reliable execution of global and ad hoc listening events. Analyze support tickets, participation trends, and feedback quality to inform training, self service enablement, and continuous improvement opportunities that elevate the employee experience.
- Data, Privacy, Security & Compliance: Establish and enforce standards for data integrity, privacy, role based access, and compliance in partnership with IT, Legal, and Risk. Ensure ethical listening practices, secure handling of employee data, and adherence to global regulatory and works council requirements.
- Program & Initiative Delivery: Manage multiple concurrent Talent Listening initiatives—including global surveys, lifecycle listening, pilots, and platform enhancements from concept through delivery and stabilization. Provide clear, concise status updates, risks, and insights to senior leaders to support informed decision making.
- Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay current on digital and AI enabled listening trends, including automation, conversational feedback, self service analytics, and insight activation. Evaluate and pilot new Workday capabilities and emerging technologies that expand listening reach, improve insight quality, and embed employee voice more deeply into decision making.
- Minimum 6 years in Human Resources with 2+ years hands‑on employee listening in a global environment; proven record translating business demands into high‑quality requirements and solutions.
