Benefits Administrator

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and aesthetics industry, is seeking a dedicated Benefits Specialist to join their team. As a Benefits Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting regional and global employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to benefits management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Benefits Specialist

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Pay Range:$40/hr

• Audit and process benefit vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits within 72 hours, providing clear and helpful information
• Manage and track employee wellness programs, including fitness memberships and education reimbursement
• Create and distribute engaging wellness communications through various channels
• Assist in launching new benefits programs and support special projects within the benefits team

• Previous experience in benefits administration or related HR functions
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficiency with benefit management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
