** Description of Work
** The primary function of the program analyst is to provide comprehensive program monitoring for assigned agencies inclusive of onsite and/or virtual desktop reviews to ensure compliance with federal and state rules and contract provisions. This position is responsible for grantee on-site/virtual monitoring (inclusive of administrative structure, functions, bylaws, policies and procedures, programmatic operations inclusive of participant eligibility and outcomes verification, application/amendment/contract review and preparation, performance reports and technical assistance.
