This team delivers high quality solutions through cutting edge technology to create a seamless, end‑to‑end experience for candidates, recruiters, and Hiring Managers across the recruitment life cycle, while improving recruiter efficiency.

We leverage our strategic partnerships with both regional Talent Acquisition, HR technology and third‑party vendors to achieve these outcomes. The Talent Acquisition Innovation and Operations team is responsible for the administration, project management, vendor management, training, communications, and effectiveness reporting associated with these core systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will…

  • Administer global recruitment technology solutions including system evaluation, implementation and configuration, user access management, system monitoring and performance analysis, and integration with other systems or platforms. Prior system implementation experience highly desirable.
  • Continuously evaluate recruitment systems to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to streamline recruitment processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Works closely with vendor resources and other TA Ops team members to evaluate ongoing roadmap of products to be tested and implemented globally.
  • Serve as the regional Talent Acquisition systems and process expert, providing guidance, and support to users.
  • Provide end user training on ATS, Background Check, and Candidate Assessment tool functionalities, best practices, and system usage. Serve as one of the primary points of contact for troubleshooting and resolving user inquiries or issues.
  • Provide insights to TA Ops leadership regarding improvement opportunities, pain points, and gaps in processes and user experiences.
  • Maintain and share awareness of applicable legislative changes around applicant processes and data privacy within the Americas region.
  • Assist with change management efforts through process / system advocacy and stakeholder influence.
  • Maintain regional offer letter templates, email templates, agency contracts, and process documentation.
  • Serve as the voice of the candidate while collaborating with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Ensure Talent Acquisition Coordinators are fully trained on operational processes and practices.
  • Support periodic audits for Talent Acquisition related tasks.
  • Pull ad hoc reports in support of business requests and educate stakeholders regarding where and how to find appropriate data.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of applicable experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition Coordination role.
  • Minimum 6 years of progressive HR, Recruiting, and/or HRIS Systems experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and optimizing systems and processes across a global team.
  • Extensive experience as an ATS or HRIS Admin (user permissions, approvals, custom options) as well as other global talent acquisition systems (Background Check, Candidate Assessment platforms, etc.)
  • Advanced written and oral proficiency in English.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision‑making.
  • Ability to bring order to ambiguity with high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to build collaborative and inclusive relationships, adapting your style to the situation and diverse global norms of our people.
  • Flexibility and the ability to thrive in an international and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and proactive customer service skills.
  • 0‑5% travel.
