HR Manager, Operations

We’re looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you’re passionate about HR compliance, benefits administration, leave management, and leading high‑performing HR teams, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing manufacturing organization.

Schedule: Full‑Time | Onsite

Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and develop an HR Operations team supporting benefits administration and leave management
  • Oversee employee benefit programs including health, retirement, disability, and voluntary benefits
  • Manage leave of absence programs including FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, and state leave compliance
  • Ensure accurate HRIS transactions, onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management
  • Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate benefit deductions and compliance
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting
  • Identify process improvements and implement HR system enhancements
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in HR operations, benefits, or leave administration
  • 1–3 years of leadership experience managing HR staff
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, ADA)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
