Talent Manager, Recruiter
Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter
Location (city, state): Raleigh, North Carolina
Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 annually (hourly position eligible for overtime at 1.5x standard rate)
Benefits: This position is eligible for full medical, dental, and vision benefits. The role also includes a target 5% year-end bonus based on company and individual performance.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination
- Experience managing onboarding processes preferred
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, landscaping, construction, or similar industries strongly preferred
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, including experience with Linked In, Indeed, and similar platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and onboarding timelines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with seasonal hiring peaks
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with recruiting software preferred
Job Description:
The Bilingual Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruiting process to support both seasonal and year-round workforce needs within a growing, field-based organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through offer stage and transition to onboarding.
The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on market trends, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position also focuses on building long-term talent pipelines through community partnerships, campus recruiting, and proactive sourcing strategies.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hourly, overtime eligible)

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Hiring
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, primarily field and crew positions
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and interview plans
- Post and manage job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and proactive outreach
- Screen and interview candidates; present qualified talent to hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience
- Prepare offer letters and transition candidates smoothly to onboarding
- Maintain accurate recruiting reports and dashboards
- Monitor recruiting analytics to improve time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build relationships with universities, trade schools, and community organizations
- Coordinate and attend career fairs and hiring events
- Develop and maintain evergreen pipelines for critical roles
- Partner with HR on sourcing campaigns, referral programs, and workforce initiatives
Collaboration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Support Spanish-language recruiting and onboarding efforts
- Advise hiring managers on market trends and candidate availability
- Support HR-related integration efforts during organizational changes
