Overview
The HR Representative, Wake Med Travel Staffing performs onboarding, recruitment, and administrative duties related to the Talent and Acquisition and Employment functions within Human Resources. Responsible for accurate, high volume entry related to pre-employment activities and new hire processing into a variety of electronic systems including iCIMS applicant tracking and Infor HRIS. Other duties may include coordinating temporary staffing requests, license verifications, processing contracts, applicant sourcing/social media searches, and administrative assistance with applicant tracking and on-boarding systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication, exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work independently on projects, and outstanding customer service skills are required for success in this position. Wake Med Travel Staffing offers staff roles with flexibility and stability of a position in North Carolina’s Triangle region. Staff have opportunities to work across all locations at Wake Med to provide the highest level of quality care to our patients.
