Job Title: Recruiter (Bilingual - Spanish)
Location (city, state): Raleigh, NC (strong preference). Open to candidates in Charlotte, NC
Pay: $60,000 – $65,000 annually + overtime eligibility

Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a high-volume, operations-focused workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned roles, primarily supporting field and operations teams.
- Work directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop candidate profiles, and coordinate interview processes.
- Post job openings and manage applicant activity within the company’s applicant tracking system while maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a professional, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support hiring events including career fairs, campus recruiting, and community outreach initiatives.
- Prepare offer letters and help transition selected candidates to the onboarding process.
- Maintain recruiting reports and provide updates to HR leadership and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure hiring practices remain compliant with applicable employment regulations.
- Provide Spanish-language recruiting support when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
- Experience supporting onboarding or employee transition processes is a plus.
- Prior recruiting experience within skilled trades, construction, or a similar field is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms such as Linked In and Indeed.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple openings at once.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with seasonal hiring demands.
- Full-time role with standard hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- This position is hourly and eligible for overtime pay.
- Reports directly to the Head of Talent and Development.
