Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a technically savvy, energetic,forward-thinking, and dedicated team player to join our Human Resources team.
As an HR Recruiter,you will play an integral role as the initial point ofcontact and first impression for all job applicants. Youwill also play a critical role in shaping our company culture and finding individuals who embody our co revalues as a client-focused organization.
The HR Recruiter will develop hiring strategies to facilitate rapid-hireprocesses.
- Implement Active and Passive Recruiting protocols and Onboard new hires.
- HRIS entries and updates.
- HR Programexecution.
The HR Recruiter alsoensures reports, files, and programs are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations. This position isalso responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of human resources/personnel data and information our organization uses toexecute HR program recommendations. In addition, this position,acts as a point of customer service, assisting employees with questions regarding HR programs, policies, and other employmentinformation. The HR Recruiter ensures overall operational efficiencies by supporting the Human Resources function at Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare.
RequirementsRequirements
- Identifying/ Sourcingqualified candidates using online databases, networking and employee referrals.
- Proactively andresponsively contact candidates who apply to positions in your assigned sector and conduct preliminary Virtual Interviews toassess a candidate's skill sets, competence, and ability tothrive in our organization.
- Move, qualified candidates through the recruitment pipeline while maintainingconstant contact and following all HR protocols.
- Maintain an accuratecandidate database through thorough candidates notes, and followup.
- Consistently buildand maintain relationships with candidates at all stagesof the recruitment process in order to ensure highclosure rates.
