Our Artificial Intelligence and Data team applies cutting‑edge technology and techniques to deliver innovative solutions. You’ll sit side‑by‑side with clients and EY teams to advise on, design, and implement scalable AI systems that learn and make predictions across diverse business environments. The role requires a passion for continuous learning, staying ahead of trends, and influencing new ways of working. • Research and implement scalable AI systems that meet business requirements.
• Enhance data pipelines and storage for optimal data accuracy and cleanliness.
• Monitor and optimize learning processes to improve high‑performance models.
• Travel to client sites as needed.

• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills to guide project direction.
• Proven experience in project management and tracking deliverable completion.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year).
• 3–6 years of full‑time experience in AI/ML.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficient in Generative AI models, frameworks, and ML packages such as scikit‑learn and PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• Extensive experience in Dev Ops tools (GIT, Azure Dev Ops), Agile, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps workflows, data ingestion, transformation, and evaluation.
• Experience with model retraining, feedback loops, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and operations research.
• Excellent communication and readiness to travel for client engagements.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in hybrid collaboration and emotional agility.
• Track record of driving outcomes through complex problem‑solving with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in technology.
• Ability to teach concepts and tools to others.
• Strong skills in languages beyond Python: R, JavaScript, Java, C++, or
  
  C.
• Experience fine‑tuning Generative AI models.
• Experience with image, speech, or audio processing and analysis.
