About The Role

As a Senior UX Director, you'll spearhead a global team in both research and design. Responsibilities

• Design and structure product interfaces, including layout, style, and components.
• Translate user processes into clear and functional user interfaces and navigation flows.
• Conduct user research, including customer visits, lab testing, task analysis, and satisfaction surveys, to identify user needs and behaviors.
• Present usability findings and recommendations to project teams and senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain UI standards and style guides.
• Modify prototypes based on user feedback and write final design specifications, ensuring usability and cost efficiency.
• Ensure interfaces are intuitive, modern, and consistent across products.
• Lead multiple teams of managers and senior professionals to achieve operational and functional goals.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the discipline and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop departmental plans and policies, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational strategy.
• Deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced, and regulatory-driven environments.
