Job Summary

We are hiring a technical Oracle Fusion ERP Order to Cash Consultant with hands-on experience in supporting and enhancing modules like Order Management, Contract Management, Project Management, and Accounts Receivables. The role focuses heavily on technical integration, custom development, and support—not functional configuration.



Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP – Order to Cash modules
• Diagnose and resolve O2C-related system issues and interface errors
• Design and implement integrations via OIC and ATP
• Customize workflows and dashboards using OTBI and PL/SQL
• Analyze Oracle quarterly patches and perform system regression testing
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
• Work in coordination with offshore teams to support 24/7 delivery

• 10+ years of ERP experience; 5+ in Oracle Fusion O2C modules (Project Mgmt, Order Mgmt, AR, Contracts)
• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, OTBI, APIs, OIC, and ATP
• Familiarity with end-to-end Order to Cash processes
• Strong testing, troubleshooting, and integration capabilities
• Oracle certifications in relevant modules are a bonus
• Good communication and offshore collaboration experience
