Oracle Specialist/ Consultant, Systems Analyst
Client is undergoing a multi-year phased Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant. As part of the post-go-live support initiative, we are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion ERP SCM Support Analysts to join the team. This role will focus on providing L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP modules related to Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting. The team will consist of both onshore and offshore resources.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Cost Accounting
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, verify configurations, and collaborate with Oracle Support as necessary
- Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP)
- Develop and modify workflows, custom reports, and dashboards using Oracle Fusion tools such as OTBI and PL/SQL
- Analyze and test quarterly Oracle patches and ensure seamless application upgrades
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to address system issues and align technical solutions with business needs
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and task handoff
- Minimum 10 years of ERP system support experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Cost Accounting)
- Strong business process understanding of SCM-related modules in Oracle Fusion ERP
- Expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Experience with Oracle quarterly patch testing and test plan creation
- Proven ability to build integrations using OIC and ATP
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration with business users
- Experience working in an onsite-offshore support model
Skills:
- Oracle certification in SCM modules
- Prior experience in supporting ERP go-live stabilization phases
Oracle SCM module certification (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field
