Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re looking for a UX Designer who thrives in a product‑focused environment and enjoys owning the design process from concept through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, partnering closely with systems engineers, and contributing to both research and requirements definition. You’ll join a team where development follows an agile rhythm, but the product lifecycle itself begins long before sprint planning — and you’ll be there from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with product teams to define the user experience from the earliest stages of product conception through release.
  • Write clear, actionable UX requirements that align with — and complement — the technical requirements created by systems engineers.
  • Conduct independent user research as needed, including gathering insights, validating assumptions, and informing design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (engineering, systems engineering, product management) to ensure UX requirements are understood, feasible, and aligned with sprint goals.
  • Participate in agile development cycles by providing design support, refining requirements, and delivering assets aligned with sprint timelines.
  • Advocate for user‑centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in UX Design, ideally within a product‑driven environment.
  • Ability to independently write UX requirements — including translating technical requirements into user‑focused design specifications.
  • Experience conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and applying insights to design decisions.
  • Proficiency with Figma for wire framing, prototyping, and visual design.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
