looking for a talented Front-End Web Designer to join our growing team. In this role, As a Front-End Web Designer, you will:

** Expert-level proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration

Proven ability to work within established design systems and brand guidelines Portfolio demonstrating polished UI execution and strong visual design skills

Experience designing for web-based applications and responsive layouts Experience conducting user research or usability testing Familiarity with accessibility standards Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization techniques and how to implement them into web UIs Knowledge of design tokens and component-based design systems Basic knowledge of the Adobe suite  Design Tools:
Figma (expert), with working knowledge of complementary tools UI

Skills:

Visual design, typography, colour theory, iconography, micro-interactions, layout composition

UX

Skills:

User flows, wire framing, information architecture, interaction design, usability principles Drive & Discipline – ability to operate in a fast-paced environment across various projects with a focus on achieving high-quality results on time.

Communication – ability to effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders both orally and in writing.

Leadership - ability to work with people at various levels of the organization internally and externally.
