, the expected compensation range is $142,400 - $213,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In this strategic, high‑impact role, you will transform our web presence into a dynamic, customer‑centric growth engine. You’ll define the vision, build the roadmap, accelerate innovation, and bring together cross‑functional teams worldwide to deliver intuitive, localized, and business‑aligned digital experiences.

Craft & Execute a Bold Digital Vision- Own the strategy for next‑generation web experiences aligned to Digital Energy’s global business objectives.
- Reimagine and elevate our country websites to improve offer discovery, customer engagement, and conversion.
- Partner with Offer Management, Marketing, CXCT, country teams, and UX/UI experts to ensure cohesive execution and a unified digital experience.
- Act as a catalyst for digital excellence—aligning diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision for transformation.
- Pilot, evaluate, and scale emerging technologies and new digital capabilities.
- Drive localization, personalization, and enhanced experience design across markets.
- Establish and manage a robust analytics framework, tracking KPIs such as engagement, conversion, offer visibility, and Net Satisfaction Score (NSS).
- Use insights to continually refine and elevate user experiences across all touchpoints.
- You excel at seeing the big picture while driving concrete, measurable execution.
- You bring proven experience in product ownership, offer management, or channel leadership, ideally in software or digital environments

- You’ve led web or digital transformation initiatives before and know what it takes to build intuitive, high‑impact experiences.
- You’re comfortable navigating complex environments and influencing leaders across functions and cultures.
