Sr Business Systems Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst III, you will be part of the IT and Business Analysis department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Pay Range:$45.00

• Lead discovery sessions to understand, document, and analyze business needs, workflows, and system requirements.
• Translate business objectives and product requirements into clear, comprehensive technical specifications.
• Conduct complex data and process analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and recommended solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Develop test cases, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and execute functional testing to validate system performance and user experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in financial services or credit union environments.
• Experience with enterprise systems, automation tools, or workflow platforms, with a strong preference for OnBase or document management solutions.
• Advanced understanding of business analysis methodologies, SDLC frameworks, and enterprise system design.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
