We are looking for a talented Workday Systems Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert in the Workday ecosystem by building, supporting, and optimizing low-code/no-code solutions. We are a member-owned financial institution and credit union dedicated to providing high-quality banking services to our community.

  • Rate Range: $35.00 - $40/hr

Job Duties
  • Configure and maintain Workday platform settings, including user management, licenses, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Develop medium-complexity configurations such as flows, fields, page layouts, custom settings, and reports.
  • Build and optimize workflows and dashboards to improve existing system functionality.
  • Provide Tier 3 production support and monitor existing EIB integrations.
  • Document functional and technical requirements, business process diagrams, and technical knowledge base articles.
  • Manage application releases, upgrades, testing, and deployment cycles as a CRQ owner.
  • Coordinate with business partners, vendors, and IT teams (Engineers, DBAs) to facilitate system implementations.
  • Analyze current business processes to identify technical gaps and opportunities for efficiency.
  • Monitor user adoption and provide necessary training to staff.
  • Serve as an on-call responder for supported software and participate in the refinement of the product backlog.
Ideal Background
  • 2+ years of relevant IT applications experience.
  • Proven experience with Workday Studio.
  • Proficiency with inbound and outbound EIB integrations.
  • Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), JIRA, and Remedy.
  • Experience working within a SCRUM/Agile environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical management staff.
  • Ability to work a consistent schedule and participate in on-call rotations.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or Data Analysis (4 years of additional experience considered in lieu of degree).
