As a Principal Enterprise Applications SAP consultant, you will be a expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Location for this position is Raleigh, NC. This position may require travel to client location.

• At least 11 years of SAP engagement and project management experience working with large SAP programs.
• Must have executed at least 2 end‑to‑end large SAP programs in Program manager roles with hands‑on experience of end‑to‑end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs. Prior experience to manage Oracle to S/4 Migration engagements will be an advantage.
• The candidate is expected to play the role of Program Manager for Oracle to SAP S/4 HANA Migration, S/4 upgrades.
• Experience of having closely worked with C‑Level and Client Delivery / Project Managers for success of overall engagement and delivery.
• Should have led engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy‑in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, direct on‑time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk.
• Should have led business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue and new account generation.
• Designed and managed complex SoWs and contracts including change management.
• Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs.
• Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non‑SAP teams a big plus.
• Experience with Agile/Dev Ops and knowledge of Hi‑Tech / Semiconductor industry is a big plus.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certification e.g. PMP and post‑graduate degree are desired.
• Experience in working in Global delivery model will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies.
• Strong English verbal and written skills.
• Strong interpersonal & client management skills.
