Maximo Architect

Infosys is seeking a Maximo Architect
. As a Maximo Architect, you will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related IBM Maximo. You will be responsible for the technical IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8/9), Red Hat Open Shift, Docker, Kubernetes, Mongo

DB, Kafka, Ansible, Terraform, Azure, AWS, MAS Upgrade, Development, and Testing of Maximo 9.0/9.1 with Utility, ACM or other Maximo Addons or Industry solution implementation. You will provide technical consultation on the application, integration, and reporting of enterprise solutions for IBM Maximo implementation, aiming to deliver high‑quality, value‑adding solutions to customers within Infosys’ guidelines, policies and norms. • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience may substitute for one year of education.
• At least 7 years of relevant Information Technology experience.

• At least 4 years of experience in configuration, integration, support, and maintenance in IBM Maximo v8.0+.
• Minimum 3+ MAS upgrades across various cloud options.
• Responsible for managing the complete project from technical architecture and solution design.
• Leading the Maximo technical team in design, build, and testing.
• Hands‑on experience in:
  • Application design, automation scripts using Python/Java, and complex Maximo configurations.
  • REST and JSON‑based integration.
  • Middleware integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, SAP PI).
  • Maximo migration, release, and deployment management.
  • Data migration with Informatica and MIF framework.
  • Data modeling for BI reporting and BIRT experience.
• Expertise in Maximo Asset Management (solution design, development, implementation).
• Working knowledge of IBM Maximo EAM/APM and the Maximo Integration Framework.
• Collaboration with stakeholders, portfolio leads, business users, and specialists to understand requirements and problem statements.
• Lead supply planning process and technical design, build, testing, and training. Document all internal and external interface requirements.
• Work with vendor partners on template design, ensuring best practices, high usage of standard functionality, repeatability, scalability, and sustainability.
• Experience with object‑oriented programming languages such as Java and C++.
• Deep knowledge of Java programming and related technologies.
• Experience with JSON, XML, XML parsers, and XSL.
• Experience in ETL, master data load, and data handling (extraction, transformation, manipulation).
• Experience with Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server databases: sizing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Configuration of web application servers such as Web Logic/Web Sphere.

The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. You should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
