Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture (org strategy, data model, security, integrations, environments) and ensure alignment to business outcomes and non-functional requirements

Serve as onsite technical lead and primary client-facing technical contact, driving day-to-day decisions, alignment, and escalation management

Translate requirements into actionable designs and delivery-ready stories, including architecture artifacts, standards, and implementation patterns

Lead technical execution and quality governance (code reviews, CI/CD, testing strategy, release readiness) to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions

Architect and oversee integrations and data activities (API/middleware patterns, identity/SSO considerations, data migration and reconciliation where applicable)

Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders, facilitating design reviews and ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution

• 10+ years in Salesforce delivery with demonstrated architecture leadership
• Experience as a Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect leading multi-workstream implementations
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge including security/sharing model, governor limits, performance tuning
• Data modeling and environment/release management
• Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, middleware patterns
• Proven onsite leadership experience coordinating distributed teams and client stakeholders

Ability to travel 20-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Salesforce certifications (one or more):
  Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application/System Architect credentials, Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer, Identity & Access Management Designer, Data Architecture & Management Designer
• Experience with one or more Salesforce Clouds:
  Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Field Service
• CI/CD tooling experience (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, Git Lab, Jenkins) and Salesforce DX (SFDX)
