Help Desk Support

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and aesthetics industry, is seeking a Help Desk Support JR to join their team. As a Help Desk Support Jr, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting collaboration and technical operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Help Desk Support Jr

Location: onsite, 5 days a week, 6601 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC

Pay Range:$24.00

• Assist senior collaboration specialists in ensuring smooth operation of AV systems and meeting room technologies.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot video conferencing systems, displays, microphones, and control panels.
• Support high-quality meeting experiences for various organizational events and meetings.
• Provide technical support for executive and general user populations when not supporting AV and events.
• Participate in the submission process, including obtaining necessary rights and documentation.

• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with AV and meeting room technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Availability to work onsite five days a week.
• Experience supporting collaboration systems is a plus.
