Bob.pro builds multi-tenant AI platforms designed from first principles to drive measurable revenue and operational outcomes inside businesses. We do not ship generic copilots. We build custom AI systems that adapt to each company’s data, language, processes, and playbooks.

We are looking for a hands‑on AI Product Architect, internally called Merchant of Clarity, to architect and ship production AI systems that deliver measurable outcomes across customer acquisition, activation, and retention. This is not a research‑only role. You will build and deploy real systems tied directly to business impact.

• Architect AI solutions aligned to business KPIs
• Design and develop AI systems anchored to real identity graphs
• Build within strict multi‑tenant isolation boundaries
• Retrieve and leverage tenant‑specific knowledge effectively
• Execute outcome‑oriented AI workflows beyond simple prompting
• Design evaluation frameworks including QA, scoring, and shadow mode testing
• Implement guardrails, rollback strategies, and production safety mechanisms
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver measurable product impact
• Ensure production‑grade quality with secure APIs, testing, and documentation

• 4 to 12 years of experience shipping AI systems in production
• Experience building LLM‑powered workflows such as RAG systems, copilots, or structured agents
• Strong understanding of evaluation frameworks and AI safety guardrails
• Experience tying AI systems directly to revenue or operational metrics
• Familiarity with multi‑tenant architectures
• Clear communicator who structures complex technical ideas effectively
• Strong understanding of retrieval boundaries, identity graphs, failure modes, and KPI instrumentation
