• Serve as the path of escalation for Grade B accounts, ensuring effective resolution through collaboration with other teams
• Develop and implement strategies to generate referrals from satisfied clients
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing clients based on their needs
• Provide exceptional customer service leading with empathy and a customer-first approach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate solutions to non-technical users

• Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience
• At least 6 months of experience in restaurant implementation or support
• General knowledge of restaurant operations
• 3+ years of experience working in a Customer Service Support role
• Spot On Restaurant POS experience is a plus

• Experience in account management or client relationship management
• Familiarity with restaurant technology solutions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven track record of driving client retention and referrals
