Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Manager, Cloud Infrastructure & Identity Mgmt to join their team. As a Manager, Cloud Infrastructure & Identity Mgmt, you will be part of the Corporate Software Services IT supporting global digital workplace initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, innovative thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Lead architecture, engineering, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft 365 services including Entra , Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and One Drive

+ Own and deliver global Microsoft 365 projects from planning through execution, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant outcomes

+ Drive platform modernization, performance improvements, governance, and user adoption strategies

+ Support Copilot readiness and adoption in partnership with security and infrastructure teams

+ Lead small, distributed project teams and collaborate cross-functionally and globally to achieve project goals

** What's Needed?*
* + 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, cloud infrastructure, and security

+ Proven track record of delivering enterprise or global M365 initiatives

+ Strong operational background in support, compliance, and platform optimization

+ Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive)

+ Knowledge of Entra  / identity and access management, Zero Trust security principles, and automation or AI-enabled productivity tools
