Project Capacity: 32 or 40 hours per week

ASAP after the interview process and background check
- Organizational Change Management – Strategic advising, change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, and standards for IT Audit compliance
- Communications & Campaigns – Technical writing and editing to create engaging content reaching over 28,000 end users via IT News, IT Viva Engage Community, Events & Notices, and Email campaigns
- End User Events – Planning and executing events to maximize attendance and engagement while driving adoption of IT initiatives
- IT Learning & Enablement – Instructional design, enterprise knowledge sharing, learning facilitation and delivery, project management, and learning surveys/evaluation
- Graphic & Experience Design – Visual identity concepts, digital signage, and campaign assets to support IT projects and initiatives
- IT Sites – Sites and pages developed for IT projects to provide enhanced user experiences and successful product adoption
- IT Continuous Improvement – Identifying key process improvement opportunities and enhancing customer value through community listening and measurement
- Business & Community Engagement – Partnering with the business exchange community and systems managers to bring awareness and drive adoption of IT offerings
- Learning experience design – Collaborate with team and stakeholders to plan, co-create, and/or design learning experiences fit for the audience and needs of the initiative or product offering, including live learning events, eLearning courses, and on-demand resources and announcements.
- Learning content development – Develop learning content for various technology solutions that are accessible and understandable to a non-technical audience. Support content development, including facilitator scripts and presentation materials for IT live learning events.
- E-Learning development – Build interactive eLearning solutions in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360 and deploy in Learning Management Systems.
- Learning facilitation and delivery – Facilitate live or in-person sessions with global audiences focused on technology products, services, and/or initiatives, leveraging interactive methods to maximize learner participation, engagement, and retention.
- Learning surveys and evaluation – Ensure all learning deliverables include a listening and measurement strategy and implement surveys and evaluation methods to support each one.
- Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of instructional design experience - Technical Proficiency:
Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360 - AI Savvy:
Practical experience using AI to accelerate the content development process (Microsoft Copilot preferred) - Facilitation:
Proven ability to deliver engaging virtual instructor-led training (VILT) via Zoom - Communication:
Exceptional ability to translate complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences - Visual Design:
Keen eye for layout, color, and brand alignment using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Specialized Knowledge:
Prior experience creating courses for AI, Cybersecurity, or Microsoft Productivity Suite - Agile Environments:
Experience working within an agile development framework - Project Management:
