About the Role: Key responsibilities include designing and developing SSIS-based ETL solutions, optimizing SQL queries, maintaining Tableau Server, and supporting end‑to‑end project delivery in Agile environments using Azure Dev Ops.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data, reporting, and process‑related issues.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for enterprise data integration, migration, and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries and database processes to improve system performance.
• Maintain Tableau Server environments, including user access management, workbook deployment, performance tuning, version upgrades, and system monitoring.
• Analyze and validate data from multiple sources to design Tableau dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions.
• Utilize data modeling tools such as Power Designer to create logical and physical data models for operational databases, data warehouses, and BI applications.
• Monitor daily batch processing jobs and proactively identify, communicate, and resolve issues related to data integrity, ETL workflows, and database operations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including job flows, data mappings, process workflows, and system design specifications.

A four‑year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of three years’ experience in an enterprise development or analysis role.

• Hands‑on experience with complex SSIS ETL development and maintenance, including data flow design, transformation logic, and error handling.
• Strong knowledge of data integration concepts and ability to consolidate data from multiple systems.
• Experience with interactive Tableau dashboard design and visualization best practices.
• Proven Tableau Server administration experience.
• Proficiency with complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
• Knowledge of data modeling, relational database design, normalization, and data warehouse methodologies.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Visual Studio and SSRS report development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
