Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft AI Chatbot Developer to design and build intelligent conversational agents using Copilot Studio and the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure. This role will involve creating sophisticated chatbots that integrate with Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems to enhance productivity for Client users and customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Copilot Studio’s canvas interface, natural language processing, and configuring complex dialog flows with branching logic.
The developer will also integrate chatbots with APIs, databases, and third-party services through Power Automate and custom connectors, and leverage Azure AI services. Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security best practices, and deployment strategies across development and production environments is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues are key to success.
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate chatbots with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems.
- Configure complex dialog flows, branching logic, and conversational AI capabilities.
- Leverage Microsoft Power Automate to create workflows across M365 and integrate with other systems.
- Build and deploy solutions within Power Platform environments.
- Utilize Azure AI services to enhance chatbot intelligence and capabilities.
- Integrate chatbots with external APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
- Ensure chatbot solutions follow Power Platform governance and security best practices.
- Deploy solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot integration and conversational flow issues.
- Hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience, including deploying solutions in multiple environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating chat-driven interfaces.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow creation and integration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience building chatbot agents within and outside of SharePoint.
- Skilled in integrating chatbots with external services and APIs.
- Familiarity with Azure AI capabilities.
- Hands-on experience working with non-Microsoft LLM platforms such as Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT.
